We are no longer offering CBD Oil. There are many reputable sources today, across the USA for good quality CBD Oil.
While we do believe it is best and more effective to get a THC version, it is not legal in most states; YET.
What IS CBD?
CBD and THC:
One of the most confusing aspects of the effectiveness of CBD Oils is the debate about the oils that do or do not include THC.
Basically my own personal opinion is that for some conditions (specifically Cancer) CBD Oil that includes a THC content is going to be more effective than Oil that is THC free.
Now, the problem with that, however, is that unless you live in a state that already has a "Medical Marijuana" law in effect, you are risking major prison time for ordering and importing it.
So, with that in mind, if you cannot legally obtain oils containing THC, our oil is a VERY good alternative.
Also keep in mind that for many other conditions CBD Oil without THC actually works better than Oils containing THC.
CBD and other Cannabinoids:
While CBD is a powerful medicine on its own, it’s important to note that the compound’s effects are amplified when combined with other cannabinoids. One of the biggest debates surrounding CBD deals with the recent push toward “whole plant medicine.”
The idea behind whole plant medicine has to do with something known as the entourage effect. The entourage effect is the idea that combinations of cannabinoids, like CBD and THC, work together in synergy to produce certain therapeutic effects in the body.
It is important to understand that our Oil is NOT a pure CBD isolate product.
Basically, our Oil is three different synergistic ingredients combined together in one bottle.
1) Pure THC free Organic CBD Oil. Produced from US grown organic hemp using a supercritical CO2 extraction: The low extraction temperatures ensure that the full spectrum of beneficial molecules is preserved.
2) An Organic Hemp extract with OVER 80 different phyto-cannabinoids such as cannabidiol (CBD), CBC, CBG, CBN, etc.. In addition to the cannabinoids naturally present in our hemp extract, there are also many other types of natural molecules and phyto-chemical compounds such as amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins (including B1, B2, B6, D), fatty acids (including omega 3 & 6), trace minerals (including iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, potassium), beta-carotene, chlorophyll, flavonoids, ketones, nitrogenous compounds, alkanes, glycosides, pigments, water, and terpenes. The most common terpenes in our formula are Myrcene, Beta-caryophyllene, Terpinolene, Linalool, alpha-Pinene, beta-Pinene, Nerolidol og Phytol, trans-alpha-Bergamotene, Limonene/ beta-Phellandrene (Co-elution), and alpha-Humulene.
3) Certified Organic Cold Pressed Hemp Seed Oil. The seed we use comes from certified organic and non-GMO hemp that is grown on farms in Kentucky. We added this for two main reasons. It is a nutrient-dense beneficial ingredient and it help makes the other two ingredients taste a little more palatable.
Basically, while there is no "one dose fits all" for this product, here are some facts.
Our product is in a one ounce (30ml) bottle and contains approximately 600 drops and our recommended dosage is going to be set at 20 drops per day.
The dosage that works best for you, however, is going to be something you need to experiment with. Some people will only need 5 drops, some will need 10, some will need 20 and a very few (with significant conditions) will need more. I personally only use 10 per day.
How to take the product:
The most effective way to use the product is sublingually. Simply put the drops under the tongue, then hold them there for 30 - 90 seconds (longer is better), then swallow.
The taste is, to put it politely, not good and some people will have a problem with it. If so after holding it under the tongue, drink some Orange or Apple juice as you swallow it.
Naturally, you may also choose to simply mix it with any food or drink to consume although this is not anywhere near as effective as taking it sublingually.
One other important point on the taste is that it will vary from batch to batch and this is a perfectly normal aspect of different harvesting times for any natural herbal ingredients. Some batches will be more bitter, some will be less bitter.
